Proposed 350+ Homes-Currently Agricultural
Dorman Rd/Lithia Pinecrest Re-Zoning Application 26-0422
A proposed development could add 350+ homes on Dorman Road with a second entrance onto Lithia Pinecrest Rd, just south of Phase 1 of Fishhawk Ranch. If approved it would be changing land from Agricultural Rural (AR) to development. Roads and schools are overcrowded. Lithia Pinecrest Road is already grid-locked at peak hours. Please email the Hillsborough County Board of County Commissioners to oppose this zoning change.
Not only is this a zoning issue. The county would need to approve a land use change to expand the Urban Service Area and land use change of the property.
